Shipping policy

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Business days are Monday - Friday (08:00-18:00). Orders placed Monday - Friday after 17:00 will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day.

The courier will require a signature from the recipient as proof of delivery.

Orders can be placed on a Bank Holiday, but will not be processed until the next working day. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following working day.

Tracking information and updates will be sent to the customer via email or text message.
